This hooded cardigan has a beautiful texture, created by a "knit-below" stitch. The tassel, which is included in the kit, tops off this adorable baby sweater. The pattern is sized for a 12 month, 18 month or 24 month sized cardigan. Our Baby Soft Blanket Kit uses the same stitch and the two make a beautiful gift set. The kit contains a detailed pattern, four balls of our sport weight (776 yds/709mm), naturally pure U.S. Organic cotton yarn, five U.S. wooden buttons (with instructions on how to handpaint--or leave natural!) buttons and a handmade tassel, everything except the knitting needles.
The pattern is written for an experienced knitter.
